الملخص
الملخص: لحوادث المرور مخلفات عديدة من قتلى وإصابات جسدية مختلفة قد تصل حتى إلى إعاقات حركية والتي تترك الفرد يعيش في مشكلات نفسية واجتماعية تعيق حياته الطبيعية، ومن بين التغيرات التي تطرأ عليه عدم الشعور بالأمن وعدم الاطمئنان والقلق بسبب الوضعية الجديدة التي يعيش فيها الفرد المصاب بالإعاقة الحركية والتي تؤدي إلى عطب مؤقت في جهازه النفسي، فيصبح غير قادر على التكيف مع حالته هذه وهذا ما يجعلنا أمام الصدمة النفسية. فالصدمة النفسية هي أول حدث يتعرض له الفرد أثناء وبعد الحادث، فهي تأتي دائما على اثر قطع الإنسان عن وسطه الطبيعي وعن بيئته الاجتماعية. ومن هذا المنطلق سنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة الميدانية إبراز تأثير الإعاقة الحركية في ظهور الصدمة النفسية لدى ضحايا حوادث المرور، عن طريق دراسة عيادية لخمس حالات. Abstract: The Effect of motor disability in appearance of psychological trauma at road traffic victims. (A clinical study of five cases) Traffic accidents causes many remnants and bodily injuries, even reach the mobility disabilities that makes the individual living in psychological and social problems and inhibits his natural life. Among the changes that occur : are lack of insecurity feeling, uncertainty and anxiety caused by the new situation in which the individual who suffers with motor disability and which leading him to temporary damage in his psychological system, becomes unable to adapt with his actual status, and this is what makes us in front of the psychological trauma. Thus, the psychological trauma is the first event that makes the individual exposed to it during and after the accident. It always comes after the interruption of the individual from its natural and social environment. From this premise, we will try through this field- study to display the impact of motor disability in the emergence of the psychological trauma among the victims of traffic accidents, by a clinical study of five cases. Résumé : L'effet de l'incapacité motrice sur l’apparition du traumatisme chez les victimes des accidents de la circulation. (Étude clinique de cinq cas) Les accidents de la circulation sont la cause de nombreux décès et de blessures physiques pouvant aller jusqu'aux handicaps moteurs. Ce qui laisse l'individu face à des problèmes psychologiques et sociaux qui entravent sa vie naturelle. Parmi les différents changements qui s’imposent à lui, il ya lieu de citer : le sentiment d’insécurité, l’incertitude et l’anxiété en raison de la nouvelle situation dans laquelle l’individu souffrant d’incapacité motrice, et d’un dommage temporaire au niveau de son système psychologique, devient par la suite incapable de s’adapter à sa nouvelle situation, ce qui nous met face à un traumatisme. Ainsi, le traumatisme est le premier événement dont l’individu s’expose pendant et après l'accident .Il intervient toujours après la coupure vécue par l’individu vis-à-vis de son milieu naturel et son environnement social. Et de ce point de vue, nous allons essayer à travers cette étude effectuée sur le terrain de mettre en évidence l'impact de l’incapacité motrice dans l'apparition du traumatisme chez les victimes d’accidents de la circulation, et ceci à travers l'étude clinique de cinq cas.
