الملخص
انطلاقا من أهمية القيادة كأحد متطلبات تبني إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالمؤسسات، جاءت هذه الدراسة الهادفة لتحديد أهم السمات الواجب توفرها في القائد في ظل تبني إدارة الجودة الشاملة، التي اشتملت على عدد من السمات:(11) سمة عقلية، (11) سمة اجتماعية، (10) سمات جسمية، و(11) سمة انفعالية. وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أهمية توافر هذه السمات في القائد في ظل تبني إدارة الجودة الشاملة مع وجود تباين في أهميتها. Summary: Proceeding from the importance of leadership as of the requirements to e adopt total quality management of institutions, this study aimed at determining the most important features that should be available in the commander under adopt total quality management which include. Number of attributes: (11) characteristic mentality, (11) social attribute, (10) the foregoing attributes, and (11) emotional attribute. The results of the study on the Importance of the availability of these features in the commander under adopt total quality management with the results of the study on the Importance of these features in the commander under adopt total quality management with a discrepancy in importance.
