الملخص
الملخص: المرأة العاملة المتزوجة الاطار وتقسيم العمل المنزلي بين الزوجين دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية بالعين الصفراء والتي يدور موضع البحث حول تقسيم العمال المنزلي بين الزوجين وتداخل الادوار الزوجية وتحول الاسرة من مرحل العائلة الموسعة وهيمنة النظام الذكوري (البطريكي) الى الاسرة النووية وتحول مكانة المرأة من ربة بيت ومكوثها داخله الى الخروج الى العمل المِأجور ومساهمتها في دخل الاسرة وفي المقابل تحلي الزوج عن بعض الاعمال والواجبات لها لتنافسه بعدها في مكانته داخل البناء الاجتماعي وأدواره الاسرية لتصبح ظاهرة اجتماعية تطرح نفسها وتثير الكثير من التساؤلات حول تحول دور ومكانة المرأة بعد خروجها للعمل وتقاسمها الاعمال المنزلية مع الزوج Femmes mariées de travail cadre et domestique Division du travail entre l’hôpital d’oeil jaune de l’institution publique étude conjoints campagne et la question des travailleurs domestiques sur la division entre conjoints et le chevauchement des rôles conjugal et en tournant la famille de la famille élargie et la domination du système Masculin (albetriki) à la famille nucléaire et en ce qui concerne les femmes de la maîtresse de maison et de son séjour à l’intérieur dans un travail rémunéré et contribution au revenu familial et avoir en retour un mari sur certaines affaires et droits devez rivaliser avec lui dans sa position au sein de la structure sociale et les rôles familiaux pour devenir un phénomène Même poser social et soulevant beaucoup de questions au sujet de tourner le rôle et la place des femmes à avoir obtenu son diplôme à travailler et partager les tâches ménagères avec le mari Summary Married women working framework and domestic Division of labour between the spouses field study public institution yellow eye hospital and the question of domestic workers about splitting between spouses and conjugal roles overlap and turning the family from the extended family and the dominance of the system Masculine (albetriki) to the nuclear family and turning women from the housewife and her stay inside to out into paid work and contribution to family income and in return have a husband on some business and duties have to compete against him in his standing within the social structure and family roles to become a phenomenon Same pose social and raising a lot of questions about turning the role and place of women graduating to work and share household chores with the husband
