الملخص
Some of the organizations that conducted the processes of change have failed in these procedures due to the emergence of resistance to this process of change, the resistance was and still a dividing line in success or failure of the change, Which necessitated not be neglected and dealt with it seriously to reach a state of balance between change and workers' response to it on the ground because of the change happening Arcelor Mittal-ANNABA-- compound preliminary field visits have indicated that there is a resistance to changes that have occurred in the compound, for this we have sought to do a study on it, and also showing the relationship of workers resistance to these changes.
