الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور ومساهمة إدارة المعرفة وتطبيقاتها في تحسين أداء المنظمات، خاصة في ظل ماتبحث عنه المنظمات اليوم من حلول وأنظمة تساعدها على تحقيق النجاح، البقاء والاستمرار، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة قوية بين إدارة المعرفة وأداء المنظمة من خلال دور تطبيقاتها في تحسين ورفع الأداء سواءاً على المنظمة أو عمليات المنظمة، أو كفاءة الفرد العامل في المنظمة. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to detect the role of the contribution of knowledge management and its applications in improving the performance of organizations, especially in term of what organization is looking to have such a solutions systems that could help them to achieve success, stability, this study find out a strong relationship between the knowledge management and performance of the organization of the role of its applications in improving and performance whether the organization or operations of the organization, or the efficiency of the individual and group of the organization.
