دراسة تحليلية قياسية لأثر اسعار البترول على النمو الاقتصادي في المدى البعيد في الجزائر مقارنة مع المملكة العربية السعودية خلال الفترة 1980-2014

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز التداخل والتأثير المتبادل بين أسعار البترول من جهة و النمو الإقتصادي من جهة أخرى في الجزائر والمملكة العربية السعودية خلال الفترة: (1980-2014) في محاولة لنمذجة الظاهرة محل الدراسة، فلقد اعتمد الإنسان على النفط ومشتقاته منذ اكتشافه إلى هذه اللحظة، ويظهر ذلك من خلال مؤشر الكميات الكبيرة المستهلكة التي يدل على استخدامه بشكل لافت، ولعب دورا مهما في الوضع الاقتصادي للدول التي تملكه نظرا لأهميته في مجالات الحياة المتعددة، وقد تستخدمه بعض هذه الدول كسلاح سياسي خطير من خلال منع بيعه لجهات مختلفة للضغط عليها، كما أنه يلعب دوراً كبيراً في اقتصاد الدول المصدّرة له، لذلك فإن فهم القوى التي تقف وراء تغير أسعار البترول وتأثيرها على النمو الاقتصادي من المواضيع التي يجب دراستها والاهتمام بها، ومن هذا المنطلق قمنا في هذا البحث بدراسة العلاقة طويلة الأجل بين أسعار البترول والنمو الاقتصادي في كل من الجزائر والسعودية خلال الفترة 1980-2014. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: *تغيرات أسعار النفط هو نتيجة تفاعل قوى الطلب والعرض في السوق النفطية،والذي له علاقة كبيرة بالقرارات السياسية والدولية. *توجد علاقة سببية في اتجاه واحد بين أسعار البترول والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر والسعودية. This research aims to highlight the overlap and mutual influence of oil prices on the one hand and economic growth on the other hand, in Algeria and Saudi Arabia during the period: (1980-2014) in an attempt to model the phenomenon under study, we have rights relied on oil and its derivatives since its discovery to this moment and shows it through the large quantities consumed, which indicates the use remarkably index, and played an important role in the economic situation of the countries to which it belongs because of its importance in various fields of life, it has been used by some of these countries as a political weapon dangerous by preventing the sale of various parties to put pressure on them, as it plays a major role in the economy of exporting countries, so the understanding of the forces behind the change in oil prices and its impact on economic growth of the topics that must be studied and interest in them, and from this perspective we have in this research study the relationship of long-term between oil prices and economic growth in all Algeria and Saudi Arabia during the period 1980-2014. The results showed the following: * Changes in oil prices is the result of demand and supply in the oil market, which has a great relationship with international resolutions and the political forces of reaction. * There is a causal relationship in one direction between oil prices and economic growth in Algeria and Saudi Arabia.
