الملخص
Talking about the fatwa is coming down and talk about the problem, which is waiting for the Mufti and industrious to answer its questions, and stand on its own challenges. On this basis, the fatwa generally pose a real challenge for al-Faqih, as it is in a position statement, which must not be delayed at a time of need, as the purists, and more say they represent the fountain of Islamic law, which does not need to be explained to all people, even decided to say the legislation in religion and life, on the other accountable for negligence in a statement communicated to the people.
