الملخص

إنّ من أبرز خصائص الشريعة الإسلامية أنّها تتميّز بالمرونة والثبات، وهذا ما جعلها عامّة خالدة صالحة لكلّ زمان ومكان، ولا تتأتى هذه الخاصيّة ما لم تكن متضمنة لعنصر التغيّر؛ الذي يُبرز مرونتها، ممّا يجعلها تساير المكلّفين في جميع أحوالهم وظروفهم؛ وإنّما هذا العنصر متعلّق بالأحكام المبنيّة على التغيّر، فهناك من أحكام الشريعة ما هو ثابت لا يتبدّل ولا يتغيّر مهما اختلف الزمان والمكان. One of the prominent characteristics of Islamic Sharia is its flexibility and steadfastness, which makes it universally applicable for every time and place. This characteristic is inherent in the element of change, which highlights its adaptability and enables it to accommodate individuals in all their circumstances and conditions. However, this element of change is specifically related to rulings that are built upon change. There are certain aspects of Sharia that remain constant and unchanging, regardless of the variations in time and place.
