واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال الحديثة في المؤسسات الجزائرية

الملخص
منذ مطلع الألفية الجديدة أخدت تكنلوجيا المعلومات والإتصال دورا هاما في بيئة الأعمال العالمية، الامر الذي أدى بالدول العربية وخاصة الجزائر اللحاق بركب الدول المتقدمة في هذا المجال، وتعتبر ديناميكية مجال تكنلوجيا المعلومات والإتصال أهم ما يميز الوقت الحالي، حيث ظهرت هده الأخيرة كعامل مؤثر في مختلف الأنشطة والمعاملات، خاصة فيما يتعلق بمعالجة المعلومات والإفصاح عنها، أو في مجال تكنلوجيا الإتصال التي أحدثت تغييرا كبيرا في مجال نظم المعلومات، حيث ساهمت في إدماج الوظائف والأطراف المختلفة في منظومة مالية، معلوماتية وإقتصادية واحدة، وجعلت العالم قرية صغيرة على جميع الأصعدة. وعليه جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على واقع تكنلوجيا المعلومات في البيئة الجزائرية، مع عرض جهود الدولة الجزائرية في مجال إدماج تكنلوجيا الإتصال الحديثة في نشاط المؤسسة الإقتصادية إضافة إلى كيفية إرساء نظام معلومات فعال يساهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة من خلال دراسة بعض تجارب الدول الرائدة في المجال السياحي، ومحاولة محاكاة تجربتها والاستفادة منها. From the beginning of the new millennium, information and communication technology has played an important role in the global business environment, which led the Arab countries, especially Algeria, to catch up with the developed countries in this field. The dynamic of the field of information technology and communication is the most important characteristic of the present time. Activities and transactions, especially with regard to processing and disclosure of information, or in the field of communication technology, which has caused a major change in the field of information systems, which contributed to the integration of functions and different parties in one financial, information and economic system, A small village at all levels. This study is intended to shed light on the reality of information technology in the Algerian environment, with the presentation of the efforts of the Algerian state in the field of integrating the modern communication technology in the economic activity of the institution as well as how to establish an effective information system that contributes to achieving sustainable development through studying some of the leading countries' Tourism, and try to simulate their experience and benefit from it.
