الملخص
Since the outbreak of the revolution, Algeria in 1954, the French colonial authorities worked on a range of political and military measures; aimed at isolating the revolution from its surroundings Maghreb natural, by hitting the border areas and their inhabitants between Algeria and Tunisia, and in this context, the French Air Force to strike the village Sakiet sidi Yousef 1958, as part of what it called the droit de suite; thus leaving hundreds injured and dozens of deaths and material losses, considering, as behind this attack political tensions seriously, introduced the Maghreb region on its impact on a serious political crisis, I tried to global major powers took advantage of them in order to obtain foothold in the region under The guise of so-called good offices of both Britain and the United States of America for the mediation to resolve the Tunisian-French dispute.
