الملخص
Charles Brosslard was a head of the Arab office in Tlemcen, in addition he showed great interest in the different monuments and inscriptions that are located in several areas of the city, and most of them belong to the Ziyanide period such as mosques , mausoleums, tombs and sites ; He carried out several excavations which allowed him to carry out historical studies, that he published them in the magazine African on nine numbers, the number of these articles was of nineteen articles. This studies take a great interest in the historical research concerning the city of Tlemcen, and especially in the political, cultural, social and people such as Traditionalists, marabous and intellectuals.
