Résumé
We will try in the present work to highlight the place and the role of the sector of hydrocarbons in economic activity in Algeria and therefore the great dependence of our economy toward the oil as well as the impact of oil counter shock of a 2014-2016 on the economic development of the country pulled by the budgetary expansion, and the possible solutions to deal with and reduce its effects.
