أخلاقيات البحث العلمي من منظور إسلامي

الملخص

تعاني الجامعات اليوم من ظاهرة سلبية هي تفاقم السرقات العلمية وانتشار سلوكيات منافية لأخلاقيات البحث العلمي وانه من غير الممكن معالجتها بنصوص قانونية متضمنة جزاءات دون الاعتماد على ما تضمنته عقيدتنا من أرقى وأسمى الضوابط الأخلاقية للإنسان في تعاملاته كافة بنصوص واضحة وصريحة تأمر بما فيه الخير وتحض عليه وترغب فيه ،وتنهى عن كل سلوك فيه شر أو مكروه وتشدد على الابتعاد عنه وتنذر بسوء عواقبه، أضف إلى ذلك إلى أن الدين الإسلامي أوسع نطاقا من القانون حيث ينظم القانون علاقة الإنسان بغيره من البشر فقط أو ما يسمى قواعد المعاملات، إما الدين فتنظم قواعده: العبادات، الأخلاق والمعاملات لذا يجدر بكل باحث أن يراجع سلوكه البحثي بين حين وأخر مع ما يتماشى وعقيدته، ويلتمس كل ما يعينه على معرفة حقيقة ذلك السلوك ودرجة توافقه مع أخلاقيات البحث ويعطى قدرا من الاهتمام أيضا لما قد ينفرد به البحث الذي هو بصدد انجازه و واجباته ومسؤولياته أو المجال الذي يقدم في نطاقه هذا البحث. :Summary Today universities suffer from a negative phenomenon that is exacerbating the scientific thefts and spread of behaviors that are against the ethics of scientific research and which our religion forbids it can no .Though legal texts still don’t deal with this crime , people should give up this phenomenon relying on the principles of our faith in highest and highest ethical rules of man in dealing with preserving others’ properties .It is clear and explicit that it is not good behavior to take someone’s else belongings without his permission .It is an evil that has bad consequences .Even the law which regulates the relationship between man and other human beings are trying to set rules of transactions, so researchers should rely on themselves .They should be honest and give up this behavior and degree of compatibility with ethics research and gives some attention also to what may be unique to the research that is in the process of completion and the duties and responsibilities or the field in which the scope of this research.
