اقتصاد المعرفة ومتطلبات الاندماج فيه مع الإشارة لبعض التجارب الرائدة

الملخص
أصبح اندماج الدول في اقتصاد المعرفة مطلبا ملحا لمسايرة التغيرات والتطورات، بعد أن تغيرت عوامل الإنتاج من الأرض والعمالة ورأس المال إلى المعرفة الفنية، التقنية،الإبداع والابتكار، حيث أيقن العالم أنه يتجه نحو اقتصاد قائم على المعرفة، يتطلب الاندماج فيه بيئة معرفية تمثل أرضية لانطلاقة جديدة. دعامتها الأساسية الاستثمار في الرأس المال اللامادي (المعرفي). وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية الاندماج في اقتصاد المعرفة، متطلباته وسبل ذلك، مع الإشارة لبعض التجارب العربية والأجنبية الرائدة والوقوف على أهم مقومات نجاحها في الاندماج لاقتصاد المعرفة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى بعض النتائج أهمها: الاندماج في اقتصاد المعرفة يتطلب استراتيجية ذات شقين, الأول الزيادة في مصادر إنتاج ونقل المعارف والثاني تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات. The integration of countries into the knowledge economy has become an urgent requirement to keep pace with changes and developments. After the factors of production from land, labor and capital have changed to technical knowledge, technology, creativity and innovation, the world has realized that it is moving towards knowledge-based on economy, where it requires environmental knowledge that represents the ground for a new start in order to integrate. Information, communication and technologies represent, qualitative education, scientific research, creativity, innovation and investments in intellectual capital as a whole constitute the fundamentals of integration into the knowledge economy. This study aims to highlight the importance of integrating into the economic knowledge and ways to do this through presentation of some Arab and foreign experiences And the main elements of its success in integrating the knowledge economy. The results showed that: Integration into economic knowledge requires a two-pronged strategy, the first is the increase in the sources of knowledge production and transfer, and the second is information and communication Technology.
