توكيد جودة تعليم وممارسة الخدمة الاجتماعية في جامعة حسيبة بن بوعلي بالشلف – الجزائر

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى جودة تعليم وممارسة الخدمة الاجتماعية، حيث تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية بالاعتماد على المنهج الكمي، باستخدام عينة احتمالية عن طريق المسح الاجتماعي بأسلوب الحصر الشامل على جميع طلبة الماستر للسنة الثانية في جامعة حسيبة بن بوعلي بالشلف في الجزائر من وجهة نظر الطلبة، وقد بلغ إجمالي مجتمع الدراسة ) 55 ( من الطلبة في كلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية. اعتمد الباحث على مقياس من إعداده، وبعد التأكد من صدقه وثباته، تمّ استخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ) SPSS ( لاستخراج النتائج وتحليلها ومناقشتها، وذلك بالاعتماد على مجموعة من المعالجات الإحصائية التي تتناسب مع طبيعة موضوع الدراسة. كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن استجابات الطلبة على محاور جودة تعليم وممارسة الخدمة الاجتماعية والمرتبطة بمتغيرات )أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، طلبة الخدمة الاجتماعية، جودة المكتبة، التدريب الميداني(، جاءت منخفضة. The study aimed to specify the level of the quality assurance of social work education and practice at the University of Hassiba ben Bouali - Chelif - in Algeria from the point of view of the students. This study belongs to the pattern of descriptive studies by depending on the quantitative methodology by using a probability sample by means of the social survey in the comprehensive reckoning style on all the master’s students of the second year. The total number of the study population was (55) male and female students in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Hassiba ben Bouali - Chelif - in Algeria. The researcher depended on a measure which he prepared. After making sure of its validity and reliability, the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to obtain the results, analyze them and discuss them. This was by depending on a group of statistical treatments which suit the nature of the topic of the study. The results of the study indicated that the responses of the students to the axes of the quality assurance of social work education and practice and which are connected with the variables of (faculty members, social work students, the quality of the library, field practicum) were low.
