الديمقراطية الليبرالية بين التنظير العدمي والممارسات الجاحدة للآخر

الملخص
نظريا، تبدو الديمقراطية ذلك المجال الأمثل للغيرية، فالأركانُ التي تتأسّسُ عليها تقتضي ضرورةَ معاملة الناس جميعهم على قدم المساواة في الكرامة والحقوق، وتتضمّنُ الدعوةَ الصريحة إلى أن يُعامل بعضُهم بعضا بروح الإخاء والاعتراف بالآخر ونكران الذات عند اللزوم. ولكن من حيث الممارسة نصطدم بنموذجين لنظام الحكم الديمقراطي، لا ديمقراطية واحدة، وهنا يكشف واقعُ الحال عن حقائق مخالفة تماما للمستوى النظري، إذْ يبدو جليا أنّ الديمقراطية في تجليّاتها تحولت إلى أداة لاستغلال الآخر ونفيه، وبالتالي فلن تكون إذن أفقا حقيقيا للغيرية دون توافر شروط وأسباب كافية على مستوى الممارسة، وهذا الذي يقصد مقالنا إلى بيانه، مركزين على النموذج الليبرالي، وذلك مادام الليبراليون يزعمون ،ضمن ما يزعمون، الدفاعَ عن الديمقراطية الحقيقية، وتصديرها إلى مَنْ لا يعرفُ قيمتَها تلك، انطلاقا من مشكلة مفادها: متى تكون الديمقراطية فضاء أمثل للغيرية؟ Theoretically, democracy seems to be the optimal domain of heterogeneity, as the pillars upon which it is based require that all people be treated equally in dignity and rights and includes the ability to treat each other in a spirit of brotherhood, recognition of the other, and self-denial when necessary. But in practice we clash with two types of democracies and not one democracy, and here the reality of the situation reveals the facts completely contrary to the theoretical level. It is clear that democracy in its manifestations has become a tool for exploiting and denying the other. Consequently, it will not be an extension of the non-existence without sufficient conditions and reasons at the level of practice, which is what we mean by its statement. Focusing on the liberal model as long as the Liberals claim to defend true democracy, and export them to those who do not know the value of that starting from the following problematic: When democracy is the ideal space for others?
