الملخص
تعتبر المعاملات المالية بمختلف أصنافها،من المقومات الأساسية لتلك التطورات التي عرفها التاريخ الاقتصادي والمالي لبلاد المغرب خلال العصر الوسيط،بآليات إنتاجها وإعادة تشكيلها للحياة الاقتصادية والسياسية،فموضوع المعاملات المالية يتداخل في قضاياه ومباحثه مع أهم القضايا المتعلقة بالنظام المالي عموما،ولعلّ أبرزها مواضيع الإنتاج والاستهلاك،وطبيعة العلاقة بين السلطة والمجتمع،وهو ما دفع بنا إلى إعطاء موضوع المعاملات المالية بإطارها المادي والبشري حيّزا هاما في دراسة التاريخ الاقتصادي لبلاد المغرب الوسيط. مع محاولتنا لإعادة قراءة التطور التاريخي للمعاملات المالية لبلاد المغرب خلال العصر الوسيط،من خلال الوقوف على مدى تأثيرها في الحياة السياسية والواقع الاجتماعي،وفي تشكيل وتطور العلاقة بين التوجه الديني والواقع السياسي والاجتماعي،على أساس سياسة مالية ارتبط مدى تحقيقها لأهدافها،بمدى موازنتها بين التنظير الفقهي للمعاملات المالية والممارسات اليومية لذلك. Financial transactions of all sorts were a fundamental factor of the development that the Mid-Maghreb had witnessed in the fields of economy and finance in the middle age. They had transformed and remodeled the politico-economic life of that age. The theme of financial transactions interfered in its issues and topics with the most important subject related to the financial system.one of its apparent manifestation is the subject of production and consumption and the quality of the relationship between the authorities and the society. That lead us to give a great importance to financial transactions in the study of economic history of the mid-Maghreb. We are trying, here, to reconsider and re-evaluate the interpretation of historical of financial transaction in the mid-Maghreb in the middle age. Taking into consideration its influence on the society and the political life. Mainly its impact on the re-modulization and the process of relationship between the religious approach and the socio-political life. On the basis of a financial policy that draw its value and credibility from its capacity to make a perfect equilibrium between the theological approach of financial transactions and the daily practice of that purpose in the real life.
