Résumé
La compétitivité s’impose comme un objectif incontournable pour toute entreprise qui cherche à assurer sa pérennité et sa survie (Chanal & Mothe, 2005). Selon Porter (1935) l’innovation est la clé de la compétitivité des entreprises parce qu’elle conditionne leur capacité à maintenir des avantages concurrentiels durables sur des marchés évolutifs. Cet article présente une étude de l’impact de l’innovation technologique dans le domaine des TIC sur la compétitivité de l’entreprise à travers le cas de la « 3G » au sein des filiales Sonatrach d’Oran. Nous commencerons par présenter la problématique de recherche, le cadre théorique et les hypothèses qui en découlent, ensuite nous élaborons le modèle d’analyse retenu et enfin nous discuterons les résultats de régressions obtenus. Competitiveness is an essential objective for any company seeking to ensure its durability and survival (Chanal & Mothe, 2005). According to Porter (1935), innovation is the key to business competitiveness because it determines their ability to maintain sustainable competitive advantages in evolving markets. This article presents a study of the impact of technological innovation in the field of ICT on the competitiveness company’s through the case of the "3G" in oran sonatrach subsidiaries. We will begin by presenting the research problem, the theoretical framework and the resulting hypotheses, then we elaborate the chosen analysis model and finally we will discuss the regression results obtained.
