Information and communication technologies, as a key factor in technological innovation and numerous organizational changes, have long been the subject of numerous studies, particularly concerning their impact on business performance. The purpose of this article is to consider organizational innovation as a tool facilitating the transition to technological innovation. Indeed, most of the studies dealing with innovation focused on its technological aspect. The resource-based view (RBV) of the firm has concentrated on the organizational dimension of innovation and presents it as generating sustainable competitive advantages.
