منهج الإمام أبي الحسن الرجراجي في تعامله مع الروايات المتعارضة في المذهب

الملخص
لما كان كتاب المدونة لإمام الدنيا مالك بن أنس العمدة عند أهل المذهب لما حواه من معرفة الحلال والحرام, وبيان خمسة الأحكام، فيما يلزم من الإسلام, وكان كتاب مناهج التحصيل و نتائج لطائف التأويل في شرح المدونة وحل مشكلاتها, لأبي الحسن الرجراجي من أوضح الشرحات وأسلسها، وأصحها نقلاً وأدقها، كان لزاما الوقوف عندها, و ذلك يالتعريف بزابرها, و منهجه الراقي فيها, مقدمات جامعة, و قواعد حافلة, و حصر للروايات و الأقوال المشهورة و المغمورة, و تأسيس و توجيه لكل واحد منها, مع دقة و قوة في الاختيار غير مسبوقة, و كأنه و قف على وصية ابن حامد رحمه الله الجامعة و نصها:" اعلم عصمنا الله و إياك من كل زلل أن الناقلين عن أبي عبد الله ممن سميناهم و غيرهم أثبات فما نقلوه, و أسناد فما دونوه, و و اجب تقبل كل ما نقلوه, و إعطاء مل رواية حظّها على موجبها, و لا تعل رواية و إن انفردت, و لا تنفى عنه و إن غربت" فوضعت تعريف مختصرا للمؤلف لا يفي بحقه, ثم عرّجت الى التعريف بكتاب, و بيان منهجه فيه, مستخرجا منه القواعد المفرد, مقتفيا المسالك المتبعة, و و المصادر المعتمدة, ثم و قفت باب الاختيارات معرفا و ممثلا, و بعدها الى ذكر نماذج حسنة قد وشحتها بتقريرات موجزة, و مسائل على الهامش متفرقة, و قد جاءت اختيارات الإمام الرجراجي الفقهية والأصولية لتبرز على فقيه مجتهد، كان له دوره في صياغة فروع المذهب المالكي، وإثبات رواياته الفقهية الموافقة و المخالفة للمذهب لتوقف الباحثين على مواطن القوة و مكمن الضعف في فروع المذهب المالكي الفقهية, فأسدى لأهل المذهب أكبر مِنَّة، وأعظم عطية؛ وهي بيان حقيقة التوازن في الاستدلال داخل المذهب بين النص والرأي؛ وذلك لِدِرَايَةٍ منه عظيمة بروايات الامام وحفظ لأقوال الأصحاب, و علم و اسع بمحاور الخلاف, و إلمام بالقواعد، و تمكن من المتون و الآثار, وسبر الطرق، والوقوف على عللها، والتفرُّد ببعضها , فكان كتاب مناهج التحصيل مسلك لمبتغي التأصيل, و مرقاة للوصول, والله أسأل أن يوفقنا لكل خير و صلى الله على نبينا محمد و على آله و صحبه. Then, a definition of his book is given, and the statement of its approach is explained by extracting special rules on the basis of credible sources. Imam Errajraji choices are reinforced by definitions and arguments. After that, good examples and ideals are given with brief reports., the formulation of branches of the Maliki school, came to prove his jurisprudential and objectionable doctrines and to stop the researchers on the strengths and weaknesses in the branches of the Maliki doctrine of jurisprudence, and gave to the people of the doctrine of the greatest and the greatest gift, a statement of the truth of balance in the reasoning In the doctrine between the text and opinion; because of the great knowledge of the narrations of the Imam and memorized the words of friends, and knowledge of the axes of disagreement, and knowledge of the rules, and to explore the ways, and stand on the reasons and uniqueness, Rooting, and getting up to reach, God l pray to help us for the best and God bless our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions..
