نظرة الطلبة نحو أداء أستاذ البدنية والرياضية بين الواقع والمأمول دراسة ميدانية في معهد علوم وتقنيات الأنشطة البدنية والرياضية

الملخص
يمثل التعليم الجامعي في الدول المتقدمة والنامية مصدر إشعاع علمي، وثقافي، وحضاري؛ لأنَّه المسؤول عن إعداد الكفايات المتخصصة اللازمة للنهوض بأعباء التنمية في مختلف المجالات.وما من شك أنَّه لن يستطيع أن يقوم بتلك الوظيفة إلاَّ إذا توافرت له الإمكانات التي تعينه، وفي مقدمتها أستاذ الجامعة الذي يستطيع بإمكاناته العلمية والخُلقية والنفسية أن يساهم مساهمةً فعالةً في تحقيق الأهداف المنشودة من الجامعة. ونظرًا لأهمية أستاذ الجامعة في تحقيق أهداف الجامعة، وللتباين في القيمة الكمية والنوعية في تحقيق هذه الأهداف بين أساتذة الجامعة؛ فمن الضروري أن يخضع عملهم للتقويم؛ ذلك أنَّ التقويم الموضوعي يساعد متخذي القرارات والمنفِّذين على معرفة مدى تحقيق الأهداف التربوية. وتهدف الدراسة إلى التقويم للأداء الأكاديمي لأستاذ معهد علوم وتقنيات الأنشطة الدنية والرياضية بالأغواط من وجهة نظر الطلبة، كما تعمل على تحسين نوعية التعليم الجامعي وتطويره من خلال زيادة فاعـلية أداء الأسـتاذ الجامعـي. Abstract University education in developed and developing countries represents asource of scientific, cultural, and cultural radiation, because it is responsible for preparing the specialized competencies necessary for the advancement of development in various fields. There is no doubt that he will not be able to do that job unless he has the capabilities that he can appoint, especially the university professor whose scientific, moral and psychological abilities can contribute effectively to achieving the goals of the university. In view of the importance of the university professor in achieving the goals of the university, and for the difference in quantitative and qualitative value in achieving these goals among university professors, it is essential that their work be subject to evaluation; the objective evaluation helps decision makers and implementers know the extent to which educational goals are achieved. The aim of the study is to evaluate the academic performance of the Professor of Science and Technology at Al-Ajwat from the point of view of the students and to improve the quality and development of university education by increasing the efficiency of the university professor's performance.
