Résumé: La réalisation de la performance comme une traduction stratégique du développement durable et de la responsabilité sociale, c’est une nouvelle vision de l’entreprise dont la finalité est de trouver un équilibre entre les intérêts, nécessairement hétérogènes et parfois contradictoires, de toutes ses parties prenantes, autrement dit, la performance financière ne suffit plus pour apprécier la performance de l’entreprise. En effet, notre problématique porte sur l’intégration de la responsabilité sociale afin d’améliorer la performance de l’entreprise. Par conséquent l’objectif de ce travail est de présenter l’évolution de la notion de la performance. Afin de réaliser cet objectif nous avons montré en premier lieu les différentes propositions théoriques et l’apport de chaque théorie, par la suite, nous avons abordé la nouvelle notion de la performance. Summary: Achieving performance as a strategic translation of sustainable development and social responsibility is a new vision of the company whose aim is to find a balance between the necessarily heterogeneous and sometimes contradictory interests of all its parts. stakeholders, in other words, financial performance is no longer sufficient to assess the performance of the company. Indeed, our problem is the integration of social responsibility to improve the performance of the company. Therefore the objective of this work is to present the evolution of the notion of performance. In order to achieve this objective, we first showed the different theoretical propositions and the contribution of each theory, and then we approached the new notion of performance.
