الملخص
The present work ains to highlight to Importance of information science in the development of office information in more modern and sophisticated manner. This is done thought the world. there for ,librarians should have further skills and capacities to meet the challenges and issnes in a more experienced way. The training of manpower of libraries and information centers must be given a higher necessity in a permanent and constant form; for it represents the main source of work and service to the activist beneficianes from the information production ,whether researchers or learners. Hence, the present paper gives a theoretical vision about distance learning as a strategy to the development of sciences and spread of information.
