New studies affirms the importance of emotional intelligence in the development of creative abilities of organization, also focuses on his relationship with the effective leadership and this cannot be achieved only if there is emotional intelligence competencies that have been identified as core competencies for the leader of the creator (Goleman.2004). This study aims to assess the impact of emotional intelligence competencies (Stress management, General Mood, Intrapersonal skills, Interpersonal skills , Adaptability) on the effective leadership in ENIE. A regression analysis is conducted to explore the influential (emotional intelligence competencies) on (effective leadership).with a response rate of 74%, results show that Intrapersonal skills, Interpersonal skills and have a significant positive effect on ENIE, General Mood, Adaptability, Stress management is has strongest influence on (effective leadership).
