الملخص
ملخص تعتبر التنمية من الضروريات اللازمة والأساسية، حيث تتطلب هذه الأخيرة تعبئة أكبر قدر ممكن من الموارد المالية المتاحة والتي يمكن توفيرها من مصادر مختلفة، وهذا في الواقع ما يحققه العمل الخيري والقطاع التكافلي بصفة عامة والوقف بوجه خاص، فالوقف من أعظم صور الخير وشكل على مر الزمن استثمارا خيريا مستداما إلى جانب عبادات مالية أخرى إلزامية كانت أو طواعية أسهمت جميعها في رسم معالم خريطة العمل الخيري الموجهة لخدمة أغراض التنمية وتلبية حاجات المجتمع المتنوعة والمتجددة اجتماعية كانت أو اقتصادية أو ثقافية؛ بل أكثر من ذلك أن الوقف اعتبر نظاما خيريا متميزا احتل صدارة الأنظمة الخيرية؛ نظرا لمرونته وكذا استيعابه لشتى أنواع سبل البر والخير، الأمر الذي جعل منه مجالا خصبا للاستثمار. Abstract Development is a necessary and fundamental necessity. The latter requires the mobilization of as much financial resources as possible, which can be provided from various sources. This is in fact what is achieved by charitable work and the takaful sector in general and waqf in particular. In addition to other obligatory financial obligations that were voluntary or voluntary, all of which contributed to shaping the map of charitable work aimed at serving development purposes and to meet the diverse social, economic, cultural or social needs of the society. Moreover, the Waqf considered a distinct charitable system To the forefront of charity systems due to its flexibility, as well as to absorb all kinds of ways of righteousness and goodness which made it a fertile ground for investment.
