This study concerned the effect of environment conditions on the microbiological quality of cow's milk; at three pilot farms characterize the Setifian region. The results showed a variation in the quality of milk from one farm to another. Nevertheless cow's milk produced in the three farms is poor and therefore it can not be used in the food milk industry. The analysis showed also that hygiene in the three farms would have helped the quality state of the milk.
