الملخص
Arkoun chose ¨Civil states¨ as a pattern to practice his semantic and linguistic analysis according to make a move of the hereditary language, all this to establish a new discourse with it Muslim enters to the world of modernity, with a great guarantees to success, basing on the idea that the Quran increases the human being level in comparing with what it was in the past, not what it is now .
