اتجاهات الصحفيين الجزائريين نحو تبني تطبيق مفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة دراسة ميدنية لعينة من صحفيي القطاع الخاص بالجزائر-صحيفة الشروق اليومي نموذجا-

الملخص
ملخّص الدّراسة: تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى تشخيص طبيعة اتجاهات صحفيي صحيفة الشّروق اليومي الجزائرية نحو تبني تطبيق مفهوم إدارة الجودة الشّاملة، لتكون بذلك عيّنتنا قصدية مكوّنة من 40 صحفيا يشغلون مناصب محدّدة عبر مختلف الأقسام التّحريرية للصّحيفة، ولقياس اتجاهات المبحوثين استعنّا بأداة قياس الاتجاه التي تنجز عن طريق استمارة الاستبيان وهذه الأخيرة تضمّنت خمسة محاور رئيسية، مع تبنّينا لمقياس "ليكرت" الثّلاثي في عملية تقييم الاتجاهات. وحاولنا الإلمام بمختلف الأبعاد المعرفية والميدانية للدّراسة، محاولين الإجابة عن مختلف هواجس الدّراسة وتساؤلاتها، لنخرج في الأخير بالنّتائج التّالية: - للصحفيين في صحيفة الشّروق اليومي الجزائرية فهم وإدراك كبيرين لمفهوم إدارة الجودة الشّاملة. - متطلّبات تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشّاملة متوافرة في صحيفة الشّروق اليومي الجزائرية وبدرجة عالية خاصّة في الشّق المتعلّق باقتناع القيادات العليا بهذا التّوجّه الإداري، فضلا عن اعتماد الصّحيفة على أساليب إحصائية علمية دقيقة في تقييم مستوى الأداء في العمل. -تبنّي إدارة الجودة الشّاملة في صحيفة الشّروق اليومي أضفى جملة من المزايا الإيجابية على هذه الأخيرة، وتأتي في مقدّمتها؛ وصول الصّحيفة إلى تحقيق رضا جمهورها عن المنتج المقدّم له، بالإضافة إلى تحقّق التّكامل والتّرابط بين مهام ووظائف إدارات وأقسام الصّحيفة. - تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشّاملة على مستوى صحيفة الشّروق لا تواجهه معوّقات أو صعوبات عدا ندرة الكفاءات المتخصّصة في هذا المجال. وهذه النّتائج التي تحصّلنا عليها تحمل في مجملها دلالات عن اتجاهات إيجابية من الصحفيين في صحيفة الشّروق اليومي الجزائرية نحو تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشّاملة. Abstract: This study aims to diagnose the nature of orientations of journalists in the Algerian daily newspaper Echourouk through the application of the global quality, our sample had been made intentionally of 40 journalists whom occupy determined posts through different editorial sections for the newspaper, and to measure the orientations of the samples we used the quantitative approach, which was made by the questioner that contained five principal points, also we adopted Likert’s triple module to assess the orientations. We tried to cover the different cognitive dimensions and practical studies, in which we divided this study into three chapters, two of them were devoted to the theoretical part, while the other one dealt with the practical part to answer the questions and the problematic of this study. Finally we came out with following results: -The communication officers of the Algerian daily newspaper Echourouk have a big comprehension and recognition to the global quality. -the requirements to apply the global quality exist highly in the Algerian daily newspaper Echourouk, especially the part that deals convincing the higher commands with the administrative orientation, rather than depending on the scientific precise quantitative methods in evaluating the performance in workplace. -the adoption of administrative high quality in Echourouk newspaper added a set of positive features on this last, at first, the arrival of the newspaper to satisfy its fans on the products that was given to them, in addition to realize completeness and interconnection between missions and functions of departments and sections of the newspaper. -Applying the administrative high quality on the level of Echourouk newspaper did not face any obstacles or difficulties except the lack of competences that is specialized in this field. -This results that we found carry a lot of meanings of positive orientation from the responsibilities of communication in the Algerian daily newspaper towards applying administration of global quality.
