الانعكاسات النفسية لداء الثعلبة La Pelade دراسة عيادية وتشخيصية

الملخص
الملخص: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الجانب النفسي لداء الثعلبة La pelade والذي يعرف بداء الصلع أو الحاصة، وهو من الأمراض الجلدية السيـــكوسوماتية Maladie de peau d’origine psychosomatique، يظهر في شكل بقع ملساء ورطبة دون شعر وهو مرض مناعي ذاتي Auto-immune، أسبابه الحقيقية غير معروفة ولذلك يرجعها الأطباء إلى العوامل النفسية. وعلى هذا الأساس تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الاهتمام بتشخيصه من خلال عملية الفحص النفسي للكشف عن عوامله النفسية، مميزات شخصية المصابين به قبل المرض، والانعكاسات النفسية الناتجة عنه. شملت عينة الدراسة ستة حالات متباينة في الجنس والسن والمستوى الدراسي والثقافي والاجتماعي وفي الحالة المدنية، وقد بينت الدراسة الميدانية من خلال عملية التشخيص النفسي باستخدام المنهج العيادي بأدواته الملاحظة العيادية والمقابلة العيادية والاختبار النفسي أن الصراعات الأسرية والمعاناة النفسية، والضغوط المهنية، والصدمات النفسية والقلق والتوترات الناتجة عن الظروف الحياتية الصعبة كلها تشكل عواملا نفسية مثيرة لهذا الداء، أما عن سمات الشخصية قبل المرض فتتمثل في عدم الثقة في الذات وفي الآخرين، عدم القدرة على تغيير وتعديل السلوك كاجترار الأفكار والشعور بالذنب، التضحية للآخرين، أما عن الانعكاسات النفسية فنجد المصابين باختلاف حالاتهم يعانون من عزلة اجتماعية والانطواء، عدم تقبل المظهر، سوء التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي، فقدان الأمل في الحياة، عدم التفكير في المستقبل، الإحساس بالفشل. Abstract: This study seeks to reveal the psychological side of alopecia, which is known as the disease of baldness or alopecia, which is a skin disease Sikosomatism, appears in the form of smooth spots and moist without hair, an auto-immune disease, its real causes Is unknown and therefore doctors refer to psychological factors. On this basis, this study seeks to focus on diagnosis through the psychological examination to reveal the psychological factors, the personality characteristics of people infected before the disease, and the psychological consequences resulting from it. The study sample included six different cases of sex, age, educational, cultural, social and civil status. The field study, through the clinical diagnosis process using the clinical method of clinical observation, clinical interview and psychological testing, showed that family conflicts, psychological distress, occupational stress, trauma, anxiety and resulting tensions About the difficult living conditions are all psychological factors exciting this disease , as for personality traits before the disease, it is the lack of self-confidence and in others, the inability to change and modify the behavior such as the polarization of thoughts and feelings of guilt, sacrifice to others, and the psychological repercussions, we find the sufferers of their cases suffer from social isolation and introversion, The loss of hope in life, the lack of thinking about the future, the sense of failure.
