عنف الزوج ضد الزوجة بالمجتمع الجزائري: قراءة سوسيو ثقافية

الملخص
سأحاول من خلال هذه الورقة فهم النظرة التي تحلينا إلى قراءة الوضعية الدونية للزوجة بالمجتمع الجزائري في سياق العنف المجتمعي الذي يمارسه الزوج ضد الزوجة، ومدى أثر ذلك على طابع حياتها الخاصة. كما أن عنف الزوج ضد الزوجة بأشكاله المختلفة سواء أكان عنفا لفظيا، جسديا أو عاطفيا أو جنسيا وهلم جرا من أشكال العنف، فلا يفتأ أن يظهر كطقس من طقوس الرجل الجزائري إلاّ وهنالك خلفية وعوامل كرست لصورة ذهنية ارتبطت بالعلاقة التاريخية بين الجنسين معا. لذلك تضطرنا القراءة السوسيوثقافية للعنف ضد الزوجة بالمجتمع الجزائري للنبش في سياقاته التاريخية والاجتماعية والثقافية بكل ما تحتويه من مفارقات وموازنات، لمعرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين الزوج والزوجة في كنف الأسرة النووية والعائلة الممتدة. كل ذلك في خضم الإشكاليات المطروحة التي تبحث عن التمثلات السوسيوثقافية للعنف ضد الزوجة، أسبابه وأنواعه وخلفيته السوسيولوجية. Abstract: In this paper, I will try to make you understand the view of the inferior status of the wife in Algerian society in the context of community violence which is practiced by the husband against the wife, and its impact on both her private life. As that of the husband's violence against the wife in its various forms, whether verbally, physically, emotionally, sexually, and so on, cannot be seen as a ritual of the Algerian man except that there is a background and factors devoted to a mental image linked to the historical relationship between the sexes. Therefore, we have to study in sociocultural violence against the wife of Algerian society to scold in its historical, social and cultural contexts with all the paradoxes and budgets, to know the nature of the relationship between husband and wife within the nuclear family and the extended family. All this is in the midst of the questions presented by the sociocultural representations of violence against the wife, its causes, types and sociological background.
