الملخص
الملخص تطبيق قواعد الجودة في كل مؤسسة يتطلب مراعاة تشريع البلد الذي تقع فيه، مع احترام القواعد النظرية ومعايير أيزو، بهدف التطابق مع المعايير العالمية لتتمكن من المنافسة والحصول على حصتها في السوق. يحلل ويناقش هذا المقال أوجه الاتفاق والاختلاف بين التشريع الجزائري الخاص بالجودة، القواعد النظرية للجودة، معايير أيزو. النتيجة هي أن هناك نقاط اتفاق ونقاط اختلاف بين العناصر الثلاثة، وأن التشريع الجزائري يهتم أكثر بقمع الغش وحماية المستهلك ويعتمد في ذلك على الرقابة، أما الجودة فيشجعها بوضع جائزة سنوية للمؤسسات التي تحترم قواعد الجودة بمفهوم هذا التشريع، تتفق هذه الجائزة في معاييرها مع القواعد النظرية ومعايير أيزو. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجودة، التشريع الجزائري، القواعد النظرية، معايير آيزو، التطابق ABSTRACT The application of the rules of quality in every enterprises requires the taking’ints consideration the legislation of the country of its implementation, while complying with the theoretical rules and the ISO standards, of which the goal is the conformity with the international standards to be able to compete and to have its market share. This article analyzes and discusses the convergence points and divergence points between the Algerian legislation relating to quality, the theoretical rules of quality and the ISO standards. The result reveals points of agreement and points of disagreement between the three elements, the Algerian regulation gives the importance to the repression of the fraud and the consumer protection while being based on control. As for quality it encourages it by the introduction of an Algerian annual price of quality offered to the companies which comply with the rules of quality within the meaning of this legislation.
