الهدف من هذا العمل هو دراسة إمكانية تطبيق على مستوي مؤسسة عمومية أسلوب إدارة جديد الا وهو الإدارة بالأهداف. في الواقع، هذا الأخير هو أسلوب يعتمد على لامركزية المسؤولية في المؤسسات والتي تمتد الآن في جميع القطاعات وجميع وظائف الشركات. تظهر نتائج دراستنا بوجود بيئة مواتية لتطبيق الإدارة بالأهداف في المؤسسة العمومية. ومع ذلك، فمن المهم إجراء إصلاحات داخلية لأن نجاح هذا النوع من الأساليب يعتمد على تعبئة الموظفين بعيدا عن مقاومة التغيير. . ALCOST SPA الكلمات المفتاحية:الإدارةبالأهداف،تطبيق،مؤسسةعمومية، Summary The objective of this work is to examine the possibility of applying, for an Algerian public company, a new mode of organization, in this case the Direction By Objectives (MBO). In fact, this one is an organizational technique based on the decentralization of powers, which now extends to all sectors of activity and all functions of the company. The results of our study show that the MBO finds a favorable environment for its application in the company ALCOST. However, it is essential to opérate internal reforms because its success depends on mobilizing staff far from any resistance to change.
