الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز أهمية التطور التكنولوجي المفضي إلى اختراع أجهزة أصبحت جزء من الحياة الخاصة للأفراد مثل أجهزة التليفون و الكاميرا وسائل الاتصال الحديثة، و معها ازدادت احتمالات تهديد حرمة الحياة الخاصة بالتطفُل و التنصت و الانتهاك، وازدادت مع ذلك المخاطر المفروضة و المحدقة بحياة الخاصة للأفراد، مما ألزم على المشرع الجزائري الإقرار صراحة للأفراد في تمتع بالحق في الحــــياة الخاصة، سواءً من خلال النص دستوريا على حرمة هــــــذا الحـــق، و بعض عناصره و اعتباره من جــــملة الحـــــقوق الأساسية للمواطنين، وعاقب على المساس به، وسن تعويضاً كافياً لمن أنتهكت حرمته. Abstract: This article aims to highlight the importance of technological development leading to the invention of devices that have become part of the private life of individuals such as telephone and camera devices and modern means of communication, and with it increased the potential threat to the sanctity of life of intrusion and eavesdropping and violation, The Algerian legislator is obliged to explicitly recognize individuals in the enjoyment of the right to private life, whether through the constitutional provision of the right of this right, and some of its elements and considered among the basic rights of citizens, and punished for prejudice, The age of adequate compensation for those who violated its sanctity
