This study aims to know the effect of empowering workers to improve the quality of health services in the private sector which is considered as one of the modern methods applied in many of the institutions that care about human resource. This research was conducted on a sample of 58 workers in the Rimal Clinic in El-oued .The data were analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences (20 SPSS). The results of this study revealed that: statistically the two dimensions of team work and sharing information have no impact in empowering workers to improve the quality of health services, but the dimension of freedom and independence have the impact in empowering workers to improve the quality of health services
