Abstract The study, as its title suggests, is twofold. The first considers the theorical and methodological approaches having been adopted in the elaboration essay of a bilingual dictionary Tasahlit (Aokas language)-French elaborated as a part of doctoral thesis in Berber linguistics. The second examines the computer design of an electronic version of this dictionary which would allow both an easy interrogation of the work and the equally easy possibility of intervening to improve or enrich it.
