البراغماتية الإيرانية ودورها تجاه الأزمة السورية (2011-2017)

الملخص
لقد كانت سياسة إيران مع سورية شبه ثابتة لا تتغير في كل فترات الرئاسة الإيرانية من الخميني إلى هاشمي رفسنجاني إلى خاتمي إلى نجاد إلى الرئيس الحالي حسن روحاني، معتمدة في سياستها على الدعم المطلق للنظام السوري سياسيا واقتصاديا بل وعسكريا خاصة بعد الأزمة السورية التي بدأت في آذار /مارس عام 2011. وفي هذه الدراسة تم بيان اهداف الدراسة واهميتها وفروضها وتساؤلاتها ،وكذلك الدراسات السابقة ومنهجية الدراسة ، حيث تم اعتماد منهج صنع القرار ومنهج المصلحة الوطنية . اما في ما يتعلق بمطالب الدراسة ، فقد تناول اولها دوافع البراغماتية السياسية الايرانية في سوريا خلال الفترة 2011-2017 ، وتناول ثانيها موقف ايران من الجماعات المسلحة المشاركة في الازمة السورية خلال تلك الفترة . وقد خلصت الدراسة الى العديد من النتائج التي قدمت للاستفادة منها للدارسين في هذا الحقل . Among the periods of the Iranian presidency the Iran's policy front Syria has been fixed and non-volatile from Khomeini , Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani , Ali Khatami and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to the current president Hassan Rouhani , its policy has depended on support of the Syrian regime politically, economically and militarily else particularly after the Syrian crisis which has been erupted in March 2011. This paper shows The Objectives, Hypotheses , The Importance and questions of the study then the previous studies else , And the methodology of the study Where it has been depended on the decision-making and national interest approaches . with regard to the demands of the study, At the beginning has been mentioned and seek the motives of Iranian political pragmatism in Syria during the period 2011-2017, and the position of Iran about the combat troops who have participated in the Syrian conflict among that period. The study has concluded that several of the results which will provide interest for all Researchers in the same major .
