الملخص
This study attempts to enrich the research and studies interpreted the image media meanings of social, technical, and linked to the data cultural conditions prevailing in Arab societies. The re-raising the issue of the role of the media to talk as social institutions, is more than necessary, because the individual in our society along the lines of what is prevalent in other Western societies exposed to various cultural contents to the media, which are filled with ideas, beliefs and values that do not fit with the reality of our Arab-Islamic, especially as we do not contribute to the industry this content but little of it and often have a tradition at all of the content-west, all this obliges us to wonder about the marked change in the community, and the decline in the status of some of the argument that social institutions in the society is in the process of socialization and cultural rights. that the media has become practiced a prominent role in building societies and their cultural identity, has become a main focus of political and social trends and economic development
