الملخص
This article aims to highlight the role of the teacher if he was prepared on the basis of professional and educational competence to enrich the classroom and to develop the mental abilities of pupils, such as creative thinking in order to meet the requirements of the , so as to meet the requirements of the current era, the era of globalization and the explosion of knowledge. But that remains depends on the professional and educational efficiency of teacher , who stay the responsible of pupils thinking .
