سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية كأداة للفعالية التنظيمية في المنظمات الحديثة

الملخص
الملخص: يعتبر سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية من المفاهيم الإدارية التي أنتجها الفكر الإداري المعاصر ، وشغلت أذهان الكثير من الباحثين والدارسين، وأصبحت الأداة الرئيسية في تحقيق الفعالية التنظيمية في المنظمات الحديثة، وهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع أداء هذه السلوكيات لدى عمال سونلغاز بورقلة على عينة متكونة من 110 موظفا، تبين أن مستوى أداء هذه السلوكيات متوسط، وأن العناية بهذا السلوك تسهم في تحسين مستوى الكفاءة والأداء والفعالية التنظيمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: المواطنة التنظيمية – الفعالية التنظيمية – المنظمات الحديثة. Résumé: Le comportement de citoyenneté organisationnel est considéré parmi les concepts créés par la pensée administrative contemporaine. Ce comportement a préoccupé la réflexion de nombreux chercheurs, etdonc devenu l’outil primordial pour la réalisation de l’efficacité organisationnelle des entreprisesmodernes. L’objectif de cette étude est de déceler les élément de la réalité relevant de la performance de ces comportements chez les travailleurs de sonelgaz de Ouargla à travers unéchantillon de (110) employé. Il a été démontré que le niveau de la performance de ces comportements est moyen, et que prendre soin de ce comportement est capital pour l’amélioration du niveau de la compétence, de la performance et de l’efficacité organisationnelle Abstract The organizational behavior of citizenship is considered as are of the created concepts by the contemporary administrative thought, this behavior is considered as one of many researchers, primary preoccupations. It has become the efficient toll in the realization of the organizational effectiveness of the modern firms and companies. The objective beyond this study is to underline the reality relevant to the performance of the workers, behavior within sonelgaz company. through a sampling of (110) employed, it was shown that the level of the performance of these behaviors is average, and that the feat of taking care of this behavior contributes to a great extent to the enhancement of the organizational effectiveness
