الملخص

الملخص : تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور متغيرات بيئة العمل الداخلية على رضا العاملين في شركات الأدوية الاردنية ، وزعت الاستبانة على عينة بلغت (130) مفردة شكلت (8%) من إجمالي العاملين في هذه الشركات, تم استعادت (103) استبانة منها . ومن اهم النتائج التي تم توصلت إليها الدراسة ؛ ان هناك درجة عالية من الرضا من قبل العاملين عن متغيرات بيئة العمل الداخلية( متغيرات البيئة الطبيعية , متغيرات الامن والسلامة , متغيرات علاقات العمل , متغيرات الحوافز ), وان هذه المتغيرات لها تاثير ملموس على رضا العاملين وعلى استقرارهم وعلى مستوياتهم الانتاجية وكذلك على المبادرة والابداع لديهم . وتبين ان الموقف العام من الادارات العليا وادوارها في بناء وتطوير بيئة العمل الملائمة كان ايجابيا , وهذا يعبر عن مناخ ايجابي عام يبرز مدى تعاون جميع فئات العاملين من اجل بناء بيئة عامة ملائمة. Abstract: The study aims to identify the role of internal work environment variables on employee satisfaction in pharmaceutical companies Jordanian, The questionnaire was distributed to a sample amounted to (130) Single formed (8%) of the total number of employee in these companies, recovered (103) questionnaire. The most important results that have been reached by the study; there is a high degree of satisfaction from employees on variables of internal work environment (natural environment variables, variables of security and safety, labor relations variables, incentives variables), and these variables has a significant impact on the satisfaction of employees and their stability , productivity levels, as well as the initiative and creativity they have. It turns out that the general attitude of senior management and their roles in the construction and development of appropriate work environment was positive, and this reflects the positive Climate and the extent of the cooperation of all categories of workers in order to build Appropriate public environment.
