الملخص

It was thought until recently that the competitive advantage ‎created by all institutions consist of physical and financial assets, but ‎to enter the era of technology and knowledge back of growing interest ‎in the impact of strategic thinking and employ his removal to achieve ‎results. The labor market today, like the rest of the markets of goods and ‎services is governed by quality and competitive standards of the world ‎lost note today that any product value is determined by the knowledge ‎component of the value in this product, the latter is influenced by the ‎quality of education, which contributes to the achievement of human ‎capital with an economic value in advancing development.‎
