مدى التزام الأستاذ الجامعي بميثاق أخلاقيات البحث العلمي في الجامعة الجزائرية - دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الأساتذة بجامعة المسيلة-

الملخص
- الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مدى التزام الأستاذ الجامعي بأخلاقيات البحث العلمي أثناء ممارسة مهنته، في مجال التدريس، الإشراف على الرسائل العلمية وتحكيمها، الالتزام بمبادئ البحث العلمي والانتاج العلمي. وقد طرحت الدراسة التساؤل الآتي: ما مدى التزام الأستاذ الجامعي بأخلاقيات البحث العلمي من وجهة نظر هيئة التدريس؟ للإجابة على الفرضيات الآتية: 1- يلتزم الأستاذ الجامعي بأخلاقيات البحث العلمي في مجال التدريس بدرجة عالية. 2- يلتزم الأستاذ الجامعي بأخلاقيات البحث العلمي في مجال الإشراف على الرسائل العلمية بدرجة عالية. 3- يلتزم الأستاذ الجامعي بأخلاقيات البحث العلمي في مجال مبادئ البحث والانتاج العلمي بدرجة عالية. وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي على عينة من 60 أستاذا جامعيا بكلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة المسيلة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية، في الفترة من 15/03/2017 إلى 15/04/2017. وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبيان أخلاقيات البحث العلمي الذي يتكون من ثلاثة مجالات: مجالات التدريس (13 بندا)، مجال الإشراف على الرسائل العلمية (13 بندا)، مجال مبادئ البحث والنتاج العلمي (13 بندا)، تتم الإجابة عليه وفق ثلاثة بدائل: بدرجة عالية 03، بدرجة متوسطة 02، بدرجة ضعيفة 01. وهي أداة تتمتع بالخصائص السيكومترية من صدق وثبات. وبعد جمع البينات وتفريغها واستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة؛ توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: - يلتزم الأستاذ الجامعي بأخلاقيات البحث العلمي في مجال التدريس بدرجة عالية. - يلتزم الأستاذ الجامعي بأخلاقيات البحث العلمي في مجال الإشراف على الرسائل العلمية بدرجة عالية. - يلتزم الأستاذ الجامعي بأخلاقيات البحث العلمي في مجال مبادئ البحث والانتاج العلمي بدرجة عالية. - الكلمات المفتاحية: التزام الأستاذ الجامعي، ميثاق، أخلاقيات البحث العلمي. -Abstract: The present study aimed to identify the extent to which the university professor is committed to the ethics of scientific research during the practice of his profession, in the field of teaching, supervision and arbitration of scientific messages, adherence to the principles of scientific research and scientific production. The study raised the following question : What is the extent of the university professor's commitment to the ethics of scientific research from the point of view of the teaching staff ? To answer the following hypotheses: 1- The university professor is committed to the ethics of scientific research in the field of teaching to a high degree. 2- The university professor is committed to the ethics of scientific research in the field of supervision of scientific messages to a high degree. 3- The university professor is committed to the ethics of scientific research in the field of research principles and scientific production to a high degree. The researchers used the analytical descriptive approach on a sample of 60 university professors at the Faculty of Social and Social Sciences at the University of Msila, which were chosen intentionally, from 15/03/2017 to 15/04/2017. The research tool consisted of three areas : teaching (13 items), supervision of scientific messages (13 items), field of principles of research and scientific output (13 items), which are answered according to There alternatives : high degree 03, with an average grade of 02, with a weak grade of 01. It is a tool that has the characteristics of the psychometric truth and consistency. After collecting and unloading the data and using appropriate statistical methods, the study reached the following results : - The professor is committed to the ethics of scientific research in the field of teaching to a high degree. - The professor is committed to the ethics of scientific research in the field of supervision of scientific messages to a high degree. -The professor is committed to the ethics of scientific research in the field of principles of research and scientific production to a high degree.
