Abstract : the objective of This study is to shed light on the issue of inflating student’s grades in the Algerian educational institutions, this phenomenon results from teacher’s subjective motives through pressure imposed by administrators, students and their parents, or through private tutoring, as well as fraud while using modern technologies. We also dealt with the psychological, social, economic and pedagogical effects caused by the process of inflating student’s grades on students, teachers, educational environment, and on the university.
