دور علماء مازونة في خدمة المذهب المالكي

الملخص
The city of Mazouna is considered amongst the oldest however the most prominent cultural and/or scientific centers that the Muslim world as a whole and the Islamic Maghreb in particular had ever known due to its substantial scientific productions. More to the point, Mazouna contributed very significantly through its scholars in serving Maliki Madhab, one of the four Sunni doctrines of jurisprudence founded by Imam Malik bin Anas. At one extreme, it helped a lot in enhancing the Islamic studies through a range of literary and scientific works among which Abou Zakaria El Mazouni’s well-known book The Hidden Pearls in Mazona’s Cataclysms At the other extreme, it played a key role in explaining and/or treating religious issues through the Teaching Circles.The latter is clearly attested by Abou Raas En-Nassiri. Moreover, it contributed once more in criticising and amending some scientific works that the Maliki Madhab relies on as what exactly happens with Cheikh Abderrahmane El Medjaji when he refers to Khalil in some religious matters. All the above mentioned elements make Mazouna a prominent cultural and scientific center that is waiting for those who are interested in Islamic and/or religious studies in future documentations.
