دور المؤسسة الإستشفائية في تحقيق مطلب الصحة

الملخص
ملخص تعتبر المؤسسة الإستشفائية الواجهة الحضارية التي تظهر التقدم الصحي والعلمي والاجتماعي للمجتمع بحيث يشير تواجدها فيه على وجود الصحة به. تتشكل من شبكة من العلاقات والتفاعلات الاجتماعية المتبادلة بين مختلف أعضائها وتتكون من أنساق فرعية متكاملة الأدوار والوظائف، كما تمتاز أنشطتها بالحساسية لتعلقها بحياة الأفراد، قدرتها على توفير كافة أنواع الرعاية الصحية يجعل منها العمود الفقري لأي نظام صحي فهي المكان المفضل لكل من المريض لتلقي العلاج والطبيب لممارسة عمله مع باقي القوى العاملة الأخرى. يعرض هذا المقال السياق التاريخي للمؤسسة الإستشفائية بالإضافة إلى استعراضه مجمل الأدوار التي تؤديها لتحقيق مطلب الصحة للأفراد، كما يسلط الضوء على أهم ما يميز الصحة في الجزائر. Abstract The hospital institution is considered to be a cultural interface which shows the health and the progress of the scientific and social community, therefore its existence shows that there is a good health. This institution is constituted of a network of relation and social interaction between its members and it is constituted of sub-systems which have complementary roles and functions, besides this its activities are is characterized by a sensibility because of the great importance it gives to life of individuals and their ability to provide all kinds of health care which made it as the backbone to any health organization since it is a privileged place for both of them that is to say for the ill persons who are looking for health care and doctors who practice their work with the other workers. This paper not only shows the historical context of the hospital institution and all kind of roles fulfilled in hospitals so that to achieve its objective which is the health of individuals but it also shows the principal characteristics of health in Algeria
