الملخص
Books of Fatwas and el nawazil They are related to people's issues, daily lives, and their social, economic and religious problems in light of the multiplicity of these sources, the diversity of their subjects, I felt that I would define the themes of the topic that I will discuss in this research in specific spaces and times: Social and economic problems related to Andalusian women in the final stage of the Nasserite state. Accordingly, I will focus on two topics: 1-An overview of the social and economic status of women through the jurisprudence of elnawazil 2-Women in the Andalusian Badia through a fatwa of Ibn Mandor
