أحكام المصحف الشريف بين الثوابت والمتغيرات

الملخص
لقد اجتهد الفقهاء قديما في بحث جملة المسائل الفقهية المتعلقة بالمصحف الشريف وآدابه، لكن دون التمييز بين ما هو حكم ثابت لا يتغير، ولا يجوز فيه اجتهاد ولا نظر، وبين ما هو حكم متغير مرتبط بعلته وبظروفه وملابساته. ولقد التبس على بعض المعاصرين هذا بذاك، فجعلوا بعض ثوابت المصحف متغيرات وبعض المتغيرات ثوابت، والأمر على خلاف ذلك. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة الفصل بين الأحكام الثابتة للمصحف الشريف وبين أحكامه المتغيرة، وذلك بمحاولة استعراض جملة من أحكام المصحف، وبيان أراء الفقهاء فيها، مع التعرض لأدلتهم التي استندوا إليها، ومعرفة ما إذا كانت تلك الأدلة تفيد وقوع الحكم في دائرة الثوابت فلا يجوز الاجتهاد فيها، أو في دائرة المتغيرات فيسع المجتهدين النظر في أحكامها. Research.Summary We have worked hard in the past scholars discuss among other issues related to jurisprudence and the Koran Sharif Adape, but without distinguishing between what is fixed does not change the rule, in which the discretion may not consider, and what is a variable and is linked to his wife and of his circumstances. We have confused some of the modern vice versa, some of the fundamentals of the Koran Fjalo variables and constants of some variables, and it otherwise. The aim of this study to attempt to separate the established provisions of the Koran Sharif and the changing of its provisions, and by attempting to review a number of provisions of the Koran, and the statement of the views of scholars, with exposure to the evidence which they cite, and whether that evidence according to a provision in the constants may not be hard , or the Visa Department of variables to consider in its hardworking.
