This study aims to identify the relationship between administrative empowerment and its dimensions (delegation of authority, effective communication, training and motivation) and the organizational commitment of the Algerian Telecom staff in Ghardaia. In this study, the researcher employed the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was used to collect data. The study population consisted of (95) administrative and technical staff members of the Algerian Telecom Corporation in the state of Ghardaia, and the study sample included (31) employees. The study revealed many results, including the practice of the dimensions of administrative empowerment. There was also a high degree of organizational commitment among the staff. In addition, the study showed a significant impact of administrative empowerment on organizational commitment.
