الملخص

إن الحداثة الغربية انفتحت على ولقع من التقدم والوعي، وما لذلك من أثر على مختلف المجلات والميادين ودور في تطور الحضارة. لكنها في الوقت عينه انفتحت على درجة كبرى من الهمجية والبربرية تقودها اليوم إلى التشتت والاضمحلال؛ هذا الأمر الذي دفع بالفيلسوف الفرنسي ادغار موران إلى الوقوف على هذا السقم الذي يتغلغل داخل الحضارة الغربية تشخيصا بالدرجة الأولى، واقتراحاً لأهم الحلول والمخرجات التي تساهم في معالجتها وعودتها إلى الرقي والتحضر بالدرجة الثانية، وذلك من خلال مشروع إصلاحي تربوي من جهة وسياسي من جهة أخرى. كل ذلك سعيا إلى أنسنة وحضارة كوكبية Abstract: Western modernity opened up to flashes of progress and awareness, and the impact of that on various magazines and fields and its role in the development of civilization. But at the same time, it opened up to a great degree of barbarism and barbarism, which leads it today to dispersion and decay. This prompted the French philosopher Edgar Morin to address this disease, which permeates Western civilization as a diagnosis in the first place, and to suggest the most important solutions and outputs that contribute to its treatment and its return to sophistication and urbanization in the second degree, through an educational reform project on the one hand and a political one on the other. All this in pursuit of humanity and planetary civilization.
