الأنماط القيادية ودورها في تفعيل عملية اتخاذ القرار دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة سوناطراك فرع النقل بالأنابيب سيدي رزين - براقي-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور الذي تقوم به الأنماط القيادية في تفعيل عملية اتخاذ القرار بمؤسسة سوناطراك فرع النقل بالأنابيب براقي سيدي رزين، ونظرا للأهمية البالغة التي يلعبها القائد في تسيير شؤون المؤسسة بفضل قراراته السليمة والصائبة والتي تصب في منحى واحد ألا وهو الديمومة والاستمرارية في عالم اعتمدت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الكمي من خلال استخدام تقنية الاستمارة كأداة أساسية في جمع البيانات وتم تفريغها واستغلالها وتحليلها باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية في العلوم الاجتماعية spss، أما عينة الدراسة فقد شملت 170 عامل توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة محل الدارسة تميل أكثر إلى استخدام النمط القيادي الديموقراطي ولذلك لما له من خصوصيات تصب في مصلحة المؤسسة بالدرجة الأولى، بالإضافة إلى أن قرارات القائد تمتاز بالعقلانية والموضوعية في التسيير، مما خلق نوع من درجة الرضا لدى الفاعلين في النسق وهذا ما عبر وصرح به الفاعلين، وهذا إن دل على شيء فهو يدل على أن النمط القيادي يلعب دور هام في تفعيل عملية اتخاذ القرار. This study aims to determine the role of leadership styles in activating the décision-making process at sonatrach , baraki sidi rzine pipeline branch, and regarding to the importance of the leader in managing the affairs of the organization through their sound and correct decisions that aim for sustainability and continuity in the world of work, especially since the organization has a reputation at the national. The researcher used the quantitative method in this study by using the questionnaire technique as the main tool for collecting data. The data was then analyzed using the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) program. The study sample of 170 employs, The results of the study showed that the orgqniwqtion in auestion tends to use the democratic leadership style more than others, due to its characteristics that serve the interests of the organization first and foremost. In addition, the leaders decisions are characterized by rationality and objectivity in management, which created a degree of satisfaction among the actors in the system, as expressed by the actors. This indicates that the leadership style plays an important role in activating the decision-making process
